Our group classes use a periodized model, this means workouts are programmed in blocks to allow the class to advance to a goal, rather than just randomized workouts. The difference with Fitness Revolution is our approach to the group class model. It is not a "Workout of the Day" it is a programmed workout, on a periodized schedule which can be scaled for any level. You can trust every day will be a different challenge, type of workout, part of the body and energy system.
