BOOTCAMP

Our bootcamp is different than most, it is not a general workout, every workout is designed to be different, to challenge the body in a different way. Bootcamp classes will be different, unique and challenging to anything you've experianced before. Bootcamp is designed to get you moving, designed to get the heart rate elevated and burn fat away. Bootcamp uses kettlebells, battle ropes, body weight movements, slam balls and wall balls.
