Our classes will make your 3N1 experience amazing! Our 3 foundation classes: Strength and Core, Spin, and Bootcamp are the basis of our body fit creed. Additional classes and fitness workshops offered incorporate 1 aspect of the 3 foundation classes. Our team provides a 3-step approach to your class experience: start with a boost, build to a surge, and end to recover. All 3N1 classes are creative, skilled and adaptive workouts designed for overall vitality.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

 Personal Training allows our certified coaching staff to work one-on-one with you to develop an ideal training program and schedule to reach your fitness goals.

STRENGTH AND CORE

We use a mix of strength, power, and endurance training utilizing barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements. Classes are periodized for outcome based training to help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently.

Bootcamp

Spin-This 45-minute indoor cycling class incorporates small hand weights that give you a total body workout. We believe in 3 fundamentals: good bikes, good instructors, and good music. We guarantee you will leave this class feeling stronger and empowered for the rest of the day.

Reps & RPM- This 45-minute class is a mix of indoor cycling and exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, Kettlebells, your body and anything else your instructors choose to use! RPM = Revolutions Per Minute: the number of pedal turns in 1 minute. "Reps" is the action you repeat during an exercise or movement. Join us for a class that is sure to transform your body.

Boot Camp- -Mix up your workouts with our 30 or 60 -minute Bootcamp! Each session is a little different as we have you doing exercises such as: agility ladder, lifting weight, ball slams, and running with resistance bands throughout class. Guaranteed to make you sweat.

Butts & Guts- Get ready for a high intensity class focusing on your obliques, abs, and every muscle you have from the waist down! You are going to sweat, be sore, and discover muscles you didn't even know you had!

Core & More- This class is all about building strength and improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, glutes & the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and pain prevention.

Great Arms- It's time to roll up your sleeves and stop hiding those arms for GOOD! You will learn all the tips, techniques, and exercises you need to tighten, tone, and shape the arms you want. Your arms have so many muscles, it's hard to work each one just right, but we have found a tried and true formula just for you.

Kettlebell-  This 45-minute Kettlebell class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance with a high calorie BURN! Emphasizing breathing, technique, and movements will increase your ability to control the balance and weight of the Kettlebell.

TRX- Build muscle and support a healthy body with this essential TRX strength workout. We begin with basic exercises and show you how to make them as challenging as you can handle. Find your strength with a flow, rhythm, balance and a lot of TRX suspension. Build real strength and tone like never before in your arms, shoulders, back, legs and butt!

Pilates- Mat Pilates is a 60-minute series of exercises from the Pilates Method designed specifically to be performed on a mat. Pilates is a series of exercises to improve posture. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength, flexibility, and can help relieve chronic pain.

Strength Circuit Strength Circuit  is a 45-minute class about developing your strength capacity through resistance training, intervals, and circuits. We target different parts of the body to develop the strongest you possible. Get ready to UNLOCK your true strength!

Spin & Spar- Join this Saturday class like no other class offered during the week. Spinning and Kickboxing mix to bring you the BEST Spin & Spar class. Two instructors guide you through skilled boxing and kickboxing techniques while incorporating indoor cycling to increase the intensity of this 1 hour workout. Class size is limited to 15 people..sign up NOW!  

Interval Strength- This is a 45-minute, full body workout. We perform a combination of full body integrated movement patterns as well as isolation exercises to strengthen and tone your body. We also sprinkle in cardio to drive the heart rate up!

KettleRX- This 60 minute Kettlebell, Ropes, and TRX class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance with a high calories BURN! With a focus on breathing, technique, movements and alignment with your ability to control the balance and weight of the Kettlebell. Working with the kettlebells and bodyweight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout.

Fat Burner-  A 45 minute class with non-stop action! Get ready to burn more calories than you thought possible as the trainer takes you through intervals of cardiovascular exercises.


Hybrid HiiT- This class is broken up into three 15 minute segments of strength, cardio, and dynamic stretching giving you a total body workout in 45 minutes.
